Steve serves as chief technology officer for our Broadband Group and is dedicated to helping fiber infrastructure entrepreneurs get to market faster with a superior customer experience.
Steve has more than 30 years of experience providing communications service providers with actionable recommendations that deliver tangible business results and operational improvements.
Before joining ProCom Consulting, Steve spent more than 20 years at Frontier Communications, where he led multiple, successful IT system flash cuts; implemented an order-to-cash platform that increased sales productivity and Ethernet revenue by five percent; launched a CRM platform that resulted in a 10 percent increase in revenue per call and five percent reduction in handling time; and managed the network and video operations team to significantly improve the customer experience while at the same time reducing costs.
Steve has a bachelor of science degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
