Mike is a leader in our Government Group specializing in health and human services enterprise architecture.
Mike is a former national Medicaid director with more than 25 years of experience helping government agencies and healthcare companies successfully align their IT strategy with their goals and objectives. Before joining ProCom Consulting, Mike spent almost 20 years as a lead enterprise architect for Texas Medicaid Healthcare Partnership, working with the State of Texas Medicaid system.
Mike is skilled at quickly translating complex business needs into technical requirements, including developing MITA-compliant enterprise architecture elements, roadmaps, redesigned business processes, and Advance Planning Documents (APDs). He is a strategic and tactical thinker with a positive and friendly approach that helps bridge the gap between business users and technical staff.
He has a bachelor of science in management information systems from Eckerd College.
