Martha is the chief operating officer responsible for business operations, personnel, and the successful delivery of all public and private sector client projects.
Martha provides strategic thought leadership to C-suite executives and agency heads to help them improve the customer/constituent experience, increase revenue and efficiency, and decrease costs.
Before joining ProCom Consulting, Martha spent more than 30 years at Accenture, where she was a global managing partner focused on the development and delivery of information systems and on process improvement for Fortune 500 companies and the government sector. Her roles included chief operating officer for the Communications and High Tech business unit and North American delivery lead for the Health and Public Service practice. During Martha’s tenure at Accenture, she worked with hundreds of clients around the globe to deliver mission-critical projects, manage outsourced business and technology processes, and integrate organizational change management with technology to shorten the learning curve for employees to adopt new technology solutions.
Martha has a bachelor of arts in computer science and economics from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
