Geir is our Florida public sector leader, helping agencies improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their constituent services and operations.
Geir has over 30 years of experience working with government agencies. In addition to Florida, he has done extensive work for Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. Before joining ProCom Consulting, Geir was a partner at Accenture and a principal at The North Highland Company.
Geir has focused on the digital transformation of systems and processes for the full breadth of government services, including health and human services and regulatory functions. His work has included business strategy; IT strategy; project management; full life cycle information systems development (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support); customer relationship management; call center design and operation; business process design; organizational change management; PMO development; procurement; and strategic planning.
Geir holds a bachelor of science in finance and an MBA, both from Florida State University.
