Eddie Batlle

Eddie helps clients dramatically improve their operations and deliver better service to customers using the power of the Pega platform.
Eddie has more than 20 years of combined technical and business expertise, which he applies in his role as CIO of PerseusX, a ProCom Consulting company dedicated to Pega implementations that improve the efficiency of operations for clients in diverse industries.
Eddie has dedicated his career to helping companies meet their business goals using strategic adoptions of technology, including as principal system architect for Frontier Communications, PayPal, SunTrust Bank, Turnkey Rentals, IBM, and FedEx. He was the principal and CEO of Proximity Software, which was acquired by ProCom Consulting in 2019.
He has deep knowledge of Pega strategy, design, and implementation; has created multiple Pega Centers of Excellence (COEs); and is an expert at Pega upgrade planning and implementation as well as Pega testing standards.
Eddie has a BBA in computer information systems from the University of Miami. He also holds a number of certifications, including Pega CSA v5, v6, and 7; Pega CSSA v5, v6, and v7; and Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant v7.
