Duane Breeden

Duane is responsible for advising C-suite executives at fiber broadband providers, delivering client projects, and achieving business outcomes.
Duane specializes in helping broadband startups develop go-to-market strategies and stand up their BSS/OSS infrastructure and processes in order to get to market quickly, acquire customers, and position for future business and technology needs. He also works with established communications service providers (CSPs) looking to expand their broadband market footprint and transform the broadband customer experience.
For over 25 years, Duane has strategically used technology to improve business operations and the customer experience for communications service providers. Before joining ProCom Consulting, Duane worked with several private equity firms as an advisor, helping them improve portfolio company operations. Earlier in his career, he served as Group CIO at Cable & Wireless Communications.
Duane holds a bachelor of science degree with a finance concentration from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
