Dipti manages complex business and technology transformation programs for the Communications Group and serves on the Executive Leadership Team.
Dipti has led the overall T-Mobile relationship as well as program management and delivery efforts at T-Mobile since 2015. Before joining ProCom Consulting, Dipti spent seven years with Amdocs and nine years with Accenture. She specialized in multiple system conversions for communications companies, particularly those involving acquisition and consolidation efforts across a variety of business functions. Dipti created and led Amdocs Consulting’s Global Practice for Prime Systems Integration Services, which focused on solving common issues in large-scale transformation programs for clients.
Dipti led one of the largest and most accurate data migration projects in recent telecom history, involving over 30 million financial instruments and achieving a 99.9 % accuracy rate.
Dipti applies her expertise in strategy development, overall approach planning, methodology, program management office oversight, implementation management, and testing to help communications sector clients meet their goals. Her work experience includes managing complex programs, managing diverse teams, and coordinating with numerous stakeholders.
Dipti holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Nicholls State University.
