Debra leads our global human resources team for ProCom Consulting and Procom’s Pega implementation company, PerseusX.
Debra has more than 25 years of experience leading HR teams and providing strategic support for employees at high-growth technology companies.
Before joining ProCom Consulting, she was manager of human resources at FDS Avionics and Goldleaf Financial Solutions.
Debra has a bachelor of science degree in industrial management from Georgia Tech and an MS in industrial relations from Georgia State University.
