David Stich
Senior Vice President, Global Delivery Center Lead
David manages ProCom Consulting’s global delivery centers in five countries and on three continents.
David is a dedicated leader with more than 25 years of experience managing delivery centers and large-scale integrated information systems for the federal and state government sectors. He supported and implemented the strategic plan to establish ProCom Consulting’s Government Group and has provided extensive strategic project management expertise to the practice, most recently for the states of Texas, Mississippi, Florida, Vermont, and Nebraska.
Before joining ProCom Consulting, David was an executive at Accenture, where he established and improved delivery centers for the company. He was instrumental in creating a rural-shore delivery center shared by Accenture and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation in Eastern Oregon. It is now a standalone company wholly owned by the Confederated Tribes and still providing jobs.
David has a bachelor of science degree in financial management from California State University, Chico, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
