David Picard

David leads the technology team at PerseusX responsible for the design of Pega implementations that help clients exceed their business goals.
David is a Pega thought leader and operations executive with over 30 years of experience driving program execution and automation in a broad spectrum of business domains and technologies. Before joining ProCom Consulting, David was the COO of Beacon BPM Solutions, a principal consultant at Capgemini who drove the expansion of their fledgling Pega practice, and the founding practice head and chief architect of the global Pega practice at Virtusa.
David applies his extensive technical skills and expertise in operations management, transformation leadership, and program delivery to ensure successful implementations for his clients. He has managed high-performing, global teams of more than 200 people and earned a reputation as a trusted business partner.
David served his country in the US Army as an active duty commissioned officer in the first Gulf War, achieving the rank of captain. He earned his bachelor of science in mechanical engineering and his master of science in engineering at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.
