Chad Terry
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Chad heads ProCom Consulting’s financial planning, accounting, HR, and risk management functions.
Chad applies his over 25 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance to provide financial leadership and direction for ProCom Consulting. He helps optimize our financial performance and actively manages our reporting, liquidity, and return on investments.
Before joining the company in 2010, Chad held CFO positions at Accelarad, SoloHealth, Alogent, and Seventh Wave Technology, where he managed financial operations, led banking relationships, secured venture capital financing, and helped increase revenue and profits. Chad has also helped lead financial turnarounds and facilitated successful acquisitions. He has been an advisor to various other technology and real estate companies. His overall experience in the tech sector and his results-oriented focus help him maximize enterprise value while also creating an environment that fosters success.
Chad has a BBA in accounting from Kennesaw State University and an MBA from the University of Georgia, Terry College of Business.
