Shawnica is a leader in our Broadband Group, helping startups and existing communications service providers improve their operations and give fiber broadband customers the experience they deserve.
Shawnica has over 15 years of expertise helping communications service providers strategize, plan, and implement complex technology transformations that maximize profits and improve the customer experience. She applies her high-level strategy and on-the-ground delivery skills to help clients get to market faster in the short term while preparing for long-term growth. Before joining ProCom Consulting, she was crushing complexity at Capgemini and The Virtus Solution.
Her success with end-to-end, multimillion-dollar digital implementations stems from her extensive business and technical expertise in program management, solution architecture, testing, enterprise-level QA, SQL, and SDLC. She prides herself in developing relationships with stakeholders across a client organization—from C-suite to field engineers—to ensure that projects deliver on business value opportunities.
Shawnica holds both a BBA and an MBA in management information systems from Georgia Southern University.
