Mark has over 30 years of experience in the communications industry, as a service provider, consultant and with a major software provider, both domestic and internationally. He is responsible for helping ProCom bring in new clients as well as expanding service offerings.

Prior to joining ProCom, Mark spent time with BellSouth where he had both domestic and international responsibilities. Following that, he was a partner with Ernst & Young Consulting, where he was based in Chile and led the firm’s Communications and Financial Services practices. After the merger with Capgemini, he was COO for the Communications practice and then VP of Operations for North America. Upon leaving Capgemini, he joined Amdocs where he was responsible for building their global consulting business and was Global VP – Consulting Operations when he left to join ProCom.

Mark has a Bachelors in Management Science from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance and Organizational Development from Indiana University.
